You can book directly through our website by completing the booking form to schedule services.

What areas do you serve?
We serve within an 8 mile radius of Frabjous Catfe including areas of Wake Forest, Wakefield, Youngsville and Rolesville.

What experience do you have with different types of pets?
From being caretakers of the Frabjous Catfe cats to high-energy pups, rabbits to reptiles—we’ve cared for a wide range of animals with patience and love.

Are meet-and-greets required before the first visit?
Yes, we require a complimentary meet-and-greet before your first booking. It’s a chance for your pet to get comfortable with us and for us to understand their needs.

How do you handle cancellations or rescheduling?
Life happens! We offer flexible rescheduling and have a clear cancellation policy—just give us a heads-up at least 48 hours in advance. See our policies here.
Pet Care Concerns

What do you do during a visit?
Each drop in visit includes feeding, fresh water, litter scooping or potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of affection. We tailor visits to your pet’s personality and routine.

Will you stick to my pet’s routine?
Absolutely. We follow your instructions closely—whether it’s a special feeding schedule, bedtime rituals, or preferred toys.

How long are your visits?
Visits typically range from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your pet’s needs.

Do you give medications or handle special needs?
Yes—we’re experienced with administering medications (including pills, injections, and topicals).

How do you handle emergencies or vet visits?
In case of emergency, we’ll contact you immediately and follow your vet care instructions. If urgent, we’ll transport your pet to your designated vet or nearest emergency clinic.

Do you care for pets with anxiety?
We do, with patience and understanding. We’ll discuss any behavioral concerns during the meet-and-greet to create a comfortable care plan.
Communication & Security

Will I get updates or photos during visits?
Yes! We send detailed updates with photos or videos after each visit—because we know how much you miss your pet while you’re away.

How do you access my home, and how is my key stored?
We can use a lockbox, smart lock, or securely store your key (labeled with no personal info). Whatever feels safest to you. Lockboxes can be purchased for $15 from Whisker Watch.

Do you lock up after visits and set alarms if needed?
Absolutely. We treat your home with care—locking doors, setting alarms, and double-checking everything before we leave.

How do you keep my pet safe and secure while I’m away?
We prioritize safety with careful supervision, secure handling, and personalized care. We’re always alert to changes in behavior or health, and we act quickly if something seems off.
